Nutritional Guidance

The right food for you

At 6’6″ I can eat a heck of a lot. But eating a lot doesn’t mean eating the right things. I learned that the hard way.

I’ve tried pretty much every type of diet going. Vegetarian, pescatarian, intermittent fasting, keto, juicing, Whole 30, low carb, primal, macro tracking, calorie restriction. Some worked. Most didn’t. All of them taught me something.

I like to geek out on my food stuff. I’m currently studying for my RSPH nutrition qualification, plus Advanced Nutrition for Sports.
But at the end of the day, food is one of life’s biggest pleasures, and as a foodie I’m not here to take that away from you.

What I offer alongside Personal Training:

A chat about your goals, your routine and what you love eating

A review of your food diary

Simple habit targets each week, not a diet

Weekly check-ins through the app

Supplement advice: what’s worth trying, and what’s a waste of money

Resources – I have put together a bunch of really useful resources, tips, tricks and links that can help you with managing your nutrition

Macro tracking, if you want it, without sapping the joy out of eating

The right food makes a difference to everything: your mood, how you sleep, how you recover, how you feel when you’re working hard and when you’re chilling out at home.

Finding what works for you takes some trial and error.
I can most likely help you get there quicker.
